Spirit bird
Bohemian Waxwing
Bombycilla garrulus
"A silky, expressive wanderer with flair"
You passed on the stern, stationary owls in favor of birds with high energy and character, mirroring your animated and playful selfie. The Bohemian Waxwing matches your 'loved' list perfectly, embodying a social, berry-loving spirit that chooses warmth and community over solitary posturing.
A note on your bird: it wasn't picked from the 10 you swiped through — those were just the warm-up. It was chosen from our full flock of 100 iconic Canadian birds, matching the pattern of what moved you. That's why it may be one you never met on your journey.
