Spirit bird

Cedar Waxwing

Bombycilla cedrorum

"Dressed in silk with a social heart."

You passed on the sharp-eyed raptors in favor of birds with gentle, communal, and grounded energies like the Grouse and Sparrow. Your bright pink top and warm, approachable smile perfectly mirror the Waxwing's soft aesthetic and polished yet friendly nature. Much like this bird, you seem to value harmonious vibes over a predatory edge.

A note on your bird: it wasn't picked from the 10 you swiped through — those were just the warm-up. It was chosen from our full flock of 100 iconic Canadian birds, matching the pattern of what moved you. That's why it may be one you never met on your journey.
