Spirit bird

Osprey

Pandion haliaetus

"The focused observer of the blue horizons"

You swiped past the busy, ground-dwelling songbirds in favor of high-altitude raptors like the Hawk and Eagle. Your upward-gazing selfie captures that same vertical perspective, suggesting a spirit that prefers a wide-angle view over the chatter of the backyard. Much like the Osprey, you seem to possess a singular, intense focus while keeping your head above the fray.

A note on your bird: it wasn't picked from the 10 you swiped through — those were just the warm-up. It was chosen from our full flock of 100 iconic Canadian birds, matching the pattern of what moved you. That's why it may be one you never met on your journey.
