Spirit bird

Osprey

Pandion haliaetus

"A bold, bright spirit of soaring resilience."

Your love for sharp-eyed raptors like hawks and owls combined with the playful patterns of woodpeckers finds its perfect match in this silver-crowned fisherman. Passing on the leucistic robin suggests you prefer authenticity and classic, grounded strength over anomalies. Your radiant, steady smile and silver hair reflect the Osprey's noble posture and its legendary ability to thrive between the heavy water and the open sky.

A note on your bird: it wasn't picked from the 10 you swiped through — those were just the warm-up. It was chosen from our full flock of 100 iconic Canadian birds, matching the pattern of what moved you. That's why it may be one you never met on your journey.
