Barn Swallow

Hirundo rustica

"Elegant comfort with a dash of drama."

By passing on the formal Heron and embracing the vibrant Bluebird, you showed a preference for lively, approachable charm. The cozy drape of your silk bonnet and soft blue layers mirrors the swallow's sleek sapphire feathers and their love for a warm, protected nest. You value the industrious energy of the Woodpecker but carry the smooth, low-key composure of a bird that makes graceful flight look effortless.

A note on your bird: it wasn't picked from the 10 you swiped through — those were just the warm-up. It was chosen from our full flock of 100 iconic Canadian birds, matching the pattern of what moved you. That's why it may be one you never met on your journey.
